  • Project-related information, including design briefs, preferences, and feedback.

  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the project brief.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed work that aligns with the client’s requirements.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are not available for services rendered, including consultations, revisions, or any work already completed.

3. Revisions

  • We offer 3 number of revisions as part of our service. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction after the agreed-upon revisions have been completed.
